Market ownership

Search Market Coverage Calculator

Measure mapped-page, top-10 and proof coverage across a bounded set of priority search clusters. Find the weakest layer before choosing the next build.

The result separates missing pages, weak search visibility and unsupported commercial claims. It does not turn those different evidence classes into one flattering score.

You cannot fix an unmapped market with links, a weak page with another article or a proof gap with a title change. The weakest layer tells you where to investigate next.

How to use it

  • Count coherent query clusters from a bounded market map, not every spelling variation.
  • One strong page can own multiple related searches.
  • Proof-backed means a claim has retained evidence, permission, and a visible limit.

Measure coverage

Freeze one market, language, date and query-cluster set. Count a page only when it genuinely owns the cluster, and count top-10 visibility from the same evidence window.

Nothing is stored or submitted. The calculation runs in your browser.

Methodology

  • Page coverage = priority query clusters with an intentional page owner ÷ priority query clusters.
  • Top-10 coverage = priority query clusters with current top-10 visibility ÷ priority query clusters.
  • Proof coverage = priority commercial pages with approved visible proof ÷ priority commercial pages.
  • The next constraint is the lowest of those three ratios. The calculator does not average them into a composite score.

Turn missing coverage into the right build order.

We can map the priority demand, assign page ownership and decide whether the next move is a page, proof, technical fix or authority push.
