• Where they are: 9/193 South Pine Road, Brendale, and "Brisbane based since 2019".^[1][12]
• What they sell: Monthly SEO with live analytics access, call tracking and a monthly Loom walkthrough.^[1] Every tier runs with "No lock-in, no exit fee."^[1]
• Proof they publish: It claims "133,004 people found a website we built in 90 days".^[1] It shows 5.0 from 86 Google reviews.^[1]
• Pricing: Local $1,200, Growth $2,400 and Scale from $4,800, each monthly.^[1] Local covers up to 15 target keywords and one article a month.^[1]
• AI search: "We optimise for both: classic search and AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews)."^[5]
• Ask them: Which of my keywords fit inside the Local tier, and what would move me to Growth?

3. Online Marketing Gurus: best for larger brands that want scale and live reporting

Online Marketing Gurus^[13] started in 2012 as "a two-person Sydney agency" and now claims "200+ specialists across 6 offices".^[3] It suits a brand with the budget for a large specialist team and a board that wants live numbers.

• Where they are: Level 14, 167 Eagle St, with its head office in Sydney.^[3]
• What they sell: Generative AI SEO, enterprise SEO, local SEO, digital PR and white label work.^[3] Gurulytics "shows your rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and revenue from search in one place".^[2]
• Proof they publish: It credits Scorptec with a 1,462% increase in revenue from AI-driven traffic.^[2] Manly Pavilion gained 40% more organic traffic within nine months.^[2]
• Pricing: Not published. It offers a free SEO strategy that it values at $4,000.^[2]
• AI search: It says Safety Xpress grew its AI Overview share of voice by 59% in six months.^[13]
• Ask them: Who in the Brisbane office runs my account each week, and how many other accounts do they carry?

4. Impressive: best for ecommerce and enterprise brands

Impressive^[6] is a B Corp certified agency founded in 2016, with its head office in Melbourne.^[6] It suits ecommerce and larger brands. Its enquiry form sorts leads by annual revenue, from under $1 million to over $50 million.^[6]

• Where they are: It lists a Brisbane office at 123 Eagle St.^[14] Its SEO page says, "Our team is based in Melbourne."^[4]
• What they sell: Technical, enterprise, international and content SEO, alongside paid media, email, social and conversion work.^[6]
• Proof they publish: Its Acer case claims a 159% increase in online revenue in five months.^[6] Mattel Australia shows a 198% rise in non-branded traffic year on year.^[6]
• Pricing: Not published. Its home page describes "PERFORMANCE-BASED FEES" tied to an agreed target.^[6]
• AI search: Its SEO page credits Kudosity with 370% growth in ChatGPT traffic.^[4]
• Ask them: Which people on my account work from Brisbane, and how would a performance-based fee apply to me?

5. BAMBRICK: best for owners who want SEO and ads tied to leads

BAMBRICK^[15] calls itself "the digital marketing agency Brisbane business owners turn to".^[15] It claims 35+ staff, 150+ clients and 25+ years in business.^[15] It suits a sales-led owner who wants SEO, Google Ads and social ads from one agency.

• Where they are: Level 24, 12 Creek St, plus offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Sippy Downs.^[16]
• What they sell: Keyword research and mapping, then technical, content, local and off-page work.^[7] "If it doesn’t directly make our clients money, or it can’t be tracked, we don’t do it."^[15]
• Proof they publish: A Jimboomba Turf Group testimonial covering about 18 months of work, with no figures.^[7]
• Pricing: Not published. It offers a free 60-minute strategy session.^[7]
• AI search: "we treat AI SEO as part of modern search engine optimisation, not a separate gimmick."^[7]
• Ask them: Can you show me one numbered SEO result from a business like mine?

6. Excite Media: best for small and mid-sized firms that need a website plus SEO

Excite Media^[17] describes a team of "40+ Brisbane digital marketing experts".^[17] It has designed websites since 2006 and claims 1,800+ launches.^[17] It suits a firm that wants its website and search run by one local team.

• Where they are: Level 1, 67 High St, Toowong.^[17]
• What they sell: SEO, Google Ads, social ads, web design and branding.^[17] On handover, it gives you "your website logins" and Google Ads access.^[17]
• Proof they publish: It claims "5 out of 5 from over 200 reviews" on its own site.^[17] It also claims an Australian Web Awards win for "SEO Effectiveness".^[8]
• Pricing: Not published.
• AI search: Its SEO page frames the work around AI Mode, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.^[8]

7. Digital8: best for government, corporate and not-for-profit builds with SEO

Digital8^[18] claims 15+ years in business and 20+ digital specialists.^[18] It builds websites, intranets, apps and web platforms for "governments, corporates, not-for-profits and growing businesses".^[18] It suits an organisation that wants a developer-led team.

• Where they are: Unit 4c, 305 Montague Rd, West End.^[18]
• What they sell: SEO from audit and strategy through content, links and reporting.^[19] It promises "a monthly report with clear KPIs that include rankings, leads, and conversions".^[19]
• Proof they publish: Its Concrete Taxi campaign doubled web traffic and lifted page-one keywords by 250%, both in 16 months.^[19]
• Pricing: Not published. Its enquiry form's project budget bands start at $2,500 to $5,000.^[18]
• AI search: I found no AI search offer on the pages I read.

8. Resurge Digital: best for local businesses that want an account manager

Resurge Digital^[20] sells SEO, social media marketing, search ads and website design.^[20] It works across South East Queensland with a team that is "fully in-house".^[9] It suits an owner who wants one contact point, with specialists behind them.

• Where they are: 17C/455 Brunswick St, Fortitude Valley.^[20]
• What they sell: SEO with local work in every campaign, "a dedicated Account Manager" and "clear monthly reporting".^[9]
• Proof they publish: Its Google rating, "Based on 105 reviews", and client reviews.^[20] One B2B client reports "generating leads without spending a cent on ads".^[9]

9. SEO Partners: best for ecommerce and lead-generation sites that want a specialist

SEO Partners^[21] is a consultant-led practice. Its home page speaks in the first person: "As one of the leading SEO consultants in Brisbane".^[21] It suits an ecommerce or lead-generation site that wants a specialist focused on content and links.

• Where they are: 24a Glassey Street, Red Hill.^[21]
• What they sell: Discovery, then "an aggressive content & link building strategy", with quarterly reviews on top of monthly reporting.^[21]
• Proof they publish: A client quote on "organic sales up 253% year on year" and a "373%" organic revenue lift for an unnamed client.^[21]
• Pricing: Not published. Its home page quotes a 2021 Brisbane market range of $1,500 to $4,000 a month.^[21]
• AI search: I found no AI search offer on the pages I read.

10. Launch North: best for small businesses that need a website first

Launch North^[10] calls itself "a small Brisbane team" selling websites, SEO, Google Ads, social media, content and AI search.^[22] It suits a small business that needs a new website at a known price before it spends on search.

• Where they are: Brisbane, with no street address on the pages I read.^[22]
• What they sell: A four-step SEO process, with "Search Console and analytics reporting in plain English, tied to enquiries."^[11]
• Proof they publish: Chatti reached "page-one visibility for competitive search terms", with no figures.^[11]
• Pricing: Its Launch website costs $1,000 once-off plus $49 monthly for hosting and care.^[10] Search & AI Growth is "billed separately".^[10]
• AI search: "AI search and GEO", described as "Making your business the one AI assistants recommend and quote."^[11]

How should you choose an SEO agency in Brisbane?

Test each agency with these checks before you sign:

• Presence: Ask who works on your account and where they sit. A named person matters more than an address.
• Method: Ask what changes on your site in the first 30 days. A strong answer names pages and dates.
• Proof: Ask for a numbered result from a business like yours, with its timeframe and market.
