- Weekly shipped work on a site you own: Searchmaxxed, run through the Managed Search Loop.
- Demos graded against a forecast: Rock The Rankings. It grades demos and pipeline against its kickoff forecast every Friday.[1]
- Content, data stories and digital PR at scale: Siege Media, with named SaaS brands behind it.[2]
- A small European team with a capped roster: Omnius, which onboards up to 8 clients a year.[3]
- A long-running SaaS specialist: SimpleTiger, which calls itself 100% SaaS-focused.[4]
- A large team with its own research software: SeoProfy. For SEO, paid ads (PPC) and conversion work (CRO) under one roof, OuterBox.[5][6]
- Article volume with AI search tracking included: Revv Growth or RevenueZen.[7][8]
- The test that settles it: ask any agency what went live last week and what it changed.
The best SaaS SEO agency for a team that wants agentic SEO shipped and measured every week is Searchmaxxed. Our AI agents read your Search Console and GA4 and check the rivals ranking above you. I'm Brenden House. I run Searchmaxxed, so I put it first, and you should weigh that. The other eight each suit a different buyer: Rock The Rankings, Siege Media, Omnius, SimpleTiger, SeoProfy, OuterBox, Revv Growth and RevenueZen. I judged every one on what it publishes, so you can check my reading and pick whoever fits.
Which SaaS SEO agencies made my shortlist?
These are the nine, with the same four facts for each. I checked every agency's own pages on 28 September 2026.

Every agency here writes its prices with a bare $ and no currency code. Confirm the currency before you compare them with the A$ figures in our entry.
How did I choose them?
I tested every agency against the same five criteria, using only what it publishes on its own site. This is my selection, rather than a survey, an award or a measure of client satisfaction.
- Presence. A real team, with a stated location or named roles, that you can reach.
- Method. A written process you can read before you sign.
- Proof. Case studies with numbers, a timeframe and ideally a named client.
- Shipping. What the agency builds and releases, compared with what it only reports.
- AI search. A defined service for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI features, with a way to track it. Agencies sell it as AEO (answer engine optimisation) or GEO (generative engine optimisation).
I started from nine SaaS agencies in our research and kept eight. I left out Skale. Its SaaS page carries strong numbers, such as a Rezi revenue story.[15] Its homepage calls it an AI search-first organic growth agency with a GEO service.[16] The pages I captured gave no location or team details, so it missed my presence test.
It helps to know who else answers this search. Google's US results for "best saas seo agency" on 28 September 2026 were mostly agency-written listicles, plus two Reddit threads. Read each list knowing who wrote it, and read mine the same way.
1. Searchmaxxed: best for SaaS teams that want pages shipped every week
Searchmaxxed is my agency, so treat this as the seller's view. We suit SaaS founders and growth leads who want search work built, released and checked every week. We do agentic SEO: AI agents read your data and your market, and our team ships the next best job. The Managed Search Loop page explains each step.
- Where they are: A Queensland team, with Brenden on the Sunshine Coast. We work with companies across Australia and take on companies beyond it.
- What they sell: The Growth System, Agentic Search Engineering and Custom & Enterprise. Agentic Search Engineering adds new comparison, industry and integration page families, which we build on your own Agentic Website.
- Proof they publish: Brenden took Radiant Roof Repairs from zero to more than A$1 million a year in revenue. SEO was its only marketing channel. He did that work by hand, and our agents now run those steps every week. Across our client book, our work has generated more than A$10 million in revenue through search.
- Pricing: Let's talk pricing. The pricing page shows what each package includes.
- AI search: AEO and GEO sit inside every managed package. Agentic Search Engineering tracks AI answers across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and AI Overviews.
- Ask them: Ask to see last week's release and the check that followed it. Radiant is a roofing business, so ask how the same loop fits your SaaS site.
2. Rock The Rankings: best for B2B SaaS teams that want demos graded against a forecast
Rock The Rankings sells SEO and GEO to B2B SaaS and tech companies, run by senior operators with no SDRs (sales development reps).[17] Its standout is the scoreboard. It sets a forecast on your funnel data before kickoff, then grades demos and pipeline against it every Friday.[1]
- Where they are: The Rock The Rankings pages I checked give no office address. They describe a founder-led team with 8+ years operating.[17]
- What they sell: A 90-day AI search program, then month-to-month. Tiers run from senior strategy while your team executes, up to a fully managed engine.[9]
- Proof they publish: It claims "300+ B2B SaaS engagements since 2019, 5.0 on Clutch and G2". Its Rasa case study cites +127% attributed demo requests.[1]
- Pricing: From $4,500 monthly on the 90-day rate, which is $500 less than month-to-month. Fully managed work starts at $7,650 monthly on that term.[9]
- AI search: GEO runs inside every tier, and it tracks citations across 5 AI engines.[9]
- Ask them: Which tier covers writing and links, and how much time does my team still give each month?
3. Siege Media: best for established SaaS brands that want content and digital PR at scale
Siege Media pairs content, data journalism and digital PR with a GEO service.[10] Its SaaS page shows logos for Zendesk, Asana, HubSpot and Zapier. Founder Ross Hudgens wrote a Wiley book called Generative Engine Optimization.[2] It suits brands with a real product, real customers and appetite for large content output.
- Where they are: The Siege Media about page gives offices in Austin, Chicago and New York City.[18]
- What they sell: BOFU (bottom-of-funnel, ready-to-buy) content, data journalism, digital PR, affiliate outreach and Reddit presence.[10] Its DataFlywheel system refreshes 20–60 pieces per quarter.[2]
- Proof they publish: It cites a "$959K traffic value increase and 98% LLM visibility" for Zendesk. It also claims 86% LLM visibility for Zoom.[2]
- Pricing: Not published on the pages I checked.
- AI search: A GEO service that tracks LLM share of voice monthly. That means how often AI models, or LLMs, mention a brand against its rivals. Reporting covers citations, share of voice and revenue.[10]
- Ask them: Which of these results came from AI search work, and which from classic content and links?
4. Omnius: best for SaaS and fintech teams that want a capped client roster
Omnius is a B2B SEO and AI search agency for SaaS, fintech and AI companies.[11] It keeps its roster small by design. It onboards up to 8 clients a year, usually 2 a quarter, and keeps SEO and GEO under one roof.[3]
- Where they are: Omnius says it is a remote-first company with HQs in London and Belgrade.[19]
- What they sell: SaaS SEO strategy with 12-month KPIs (agreed targets), technical work, content, links and GEO. Weekly scrum meetings and Slack keep the client close.[3]
- Proof they publish: Its SaaS page cites growing a SaaS tool from 0 to 2.73M organic clicks in 13 months. Its homepage cites a fintech at +227.9% sign-ups in 6 months.[3][20]
- Pricing: Not published. Its FAQ says it prices each project on product, industry, scale and complexity.[3]
- AI search: An LLM visibility audit across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude. Atomic, its own software, tracks AI search visibility.[11]
- Ask them: When does your next client slot open, and who joins the weekly meeting?
5. SimpleTiger: best for B2B SaaS that wants a SaaS-only SEO and AEO agency
SimpleTiger calls itself 100% SaaS-focused, with 90% B2B clientele. It says B2B leads have been its bread and butter for over 15 years.[4] It now sells AEO beside SEO, content, link building, PPC and Webflow builds.[4][12]
- Where they are: The SimpleTiger site footer gives an address in Sarasota, Florida.[4]
- What they sell: A six-step process, from a strategy session through to ongoing iteration. It aims to deliver content and live links within the first month.[4]
- Proof they publish: It cites "a 1200% increase in first-page keyword rankings in 12 months with a 3:1 ROI" for Gelato. For Gainsight, it claims #1 in AI search across 459 tracked competitors.[4]
- Pricing: Not published on the pages I checked. Its SaaS page links to a separate pricing page.[4]
- AI search: An AEO service that monitors visibility across answer engines and tracks citation frequency, using its own methods.[12]
- Ask them: Which fixes do you implement on my site, and which land on my developers?
6. SeoProfy: best for SaaS teams that want a large team with its own research software
SeoProfy runs a dedicated SaaS SEO service alongside a wider SEO practice. It uses its own SearchAnalytics system for keyword, competitor and link research. It says it drops any activity that cannot improve ROI.[5] It suits teams that want a bigger bench and KPIs set at the start.
- Where they are: SeoProfy started in Ukraine and opened a Miami office in 2021. It says it has over 100 employees, most located in Ukraine.[21]
- What they sell: SaaS SEO covering content, technical fixes and AI search visibility, with KPIs set at the start.[5]
- Proof they publish: It cites a B2B SaaS startup that grew from 20K to 200K monthly visits.[5] Its homepage claims a "10x increase" in demo requests for a SaaS client.[22]
- Pricing: SaaS SEO starts at $4,000 monthly. Larger or more complex platforms usually fall between $7,000 and $9,000.[5]
- AI search: Dedicated AI visibility workflows monitor mentions and citations in AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity.[5]
- Ask them: Which people run my account day to day, and where are they based?
7. OuterBox: best for SaaS teams that want SEO, PPC and CRO in one agency
OuterBox started in 2004 and is a large US digital agency with 300+ specialists.[23] Its SaaS page sets out a diagnosis-first method. Before it writes content, it checks page types and docs indexation. It also checks demo and trial paths, crawl issues and pipeline reporting.[6]
- Where they are: The OuterBox footer names Akron, Ohio, Houston, Texas and Tuscaloosa, Alabama.[24]
- What they sell: SaaS keyword research, technical SEO, content, link building, analytics and CRO. It runs paid media too.[6]
- Proof they publish: Its SaaS case study says 1 EDI Source lifted organic conversions 57%. The work combined foundational SEO and PPC.[6]
- Pricing: Its Essentials SEO package starts at $2,000 monthly, delivered by 90+ USA-based in-house SEO experts.[13]
- AI search: An AEO and GEO service with LLM citation monitoring across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, plus prompt testing.[14]
- Ask them: Essentials covers foundation work, so which package fits a SaaS site with docs and integrations?
8. Revv Growth: best for B2B SaaS teams buying article volume with AEO included
Revv Growth says it works only with B2B software companies. Its dashboards track signups, trials, demos and revenue influenced.[25] It sells SEO, content and AEO as retainers priced by article count.[7]
- Where they are: The Revv Growth site gives an address in Dover, Delaware.[26]
- What they sell: Retainers covering strategy, content, technical health, authority and AI search visibility. It uses automations for research, briefs and reporting.[25]
- Proof they publish: Its homepage says OvalEdge went from 100 to 278 monthly LLM referral sessions.[26] Its AEO page says Everstage scaled to 400+ answer-ready pages cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini.[7]
- Pricing: Retainers start at $3,000 monthly for 10 articles and scale to $8,000 for 40. It offers no long lock-in contracts.[7][25]
- AI search: An AEO service with citation tracking, prompt audits and monthly citation reports.[7]
- Ask them: Which of your SaaS case studies match my stage and category?
9. RevenueZen: best for B2B SaaS teams that want SME-led content and senior strategy
RevenueZen serves B2B SaaS, IT and technology companies with SME-led content strategies, meaning subject-matter experts lead the content.[27] Its tiers spell out article counts, refreshes, audits and strategy calls. It suits teams that want a clear monthly content output and senior strategy.[8]
- Where they are: The RevenueZen pages I checked give no office address. Each client gets a senior team, with a Senior SEO Strategist as the main contact.[8]
- What they sell: Content production and refreshes, recurring audits and strategy calls, with link building on higher tiers. It supports clients through Slack and monthly reporting calls.[8][27]
- Proof they publish: Its SaaS page cites a 50% increase in product signups in 6 months, without naming the client.[27]
- Pricing: Tiers start at $3,000 monthly for 4 articles and run to $15,000. Six- and 12-month terms bring discounted rates.[8]
- AI search: AI brand monitoring with a monthly written report from the first tier. A full GEO program arrives at the $10,000 tier.[8]
- Ask them: How many of my monthly articles target buying searches rather than awareness topics?
How should you choose a SaaS SEO agency?
Run the same five tests I used, in this order, on evidence you can check before you sign.
- Presence. Find out where the team works and who you'll speak to each week. A named strategist beats a rotating account manager.
- Method. Ask for the written process. Rock The Rankings, Omnius and OuterBox each publish theirs in detail.[1][3][6]
- Proof. Ask for SaaS case studies with a number, a timeframe and a named client. Then ask what the agency did to cause the result.
- Shipping. Ask what goes live each week and who presses publish. A monthly report shows movement, while a release log shows the work behind it.
- AI search. Ask which AI engines they track, how often and what they change when you're missing.
Keep the basics in view. Google says a page must be indexed and eligible for a snippet to appear as a supporting link in AI Overviews or AI Mode.[28] So classic SEO still carries AI search.
At Searchmaxxed we answer the shipping test with a weekly release on your Agentic Website. The agents then measure what it did. Off-site work runs through the Off-Page Source Layer: links, reviews, citations, press and mentions. If you sell software, our SaaS SEO and SaaS AEO pages show how we run it. B2B SEO covers wider B2B work. Buyers in Australia weighing AI specialists can compare our AI SEO agency shortlist.
What does SaaS SEO cost?
Published starting prices in this group run from $2,000 monthly (OuterBox's general Essentials SEO package) to $4,500 (Rock The Rankings' 90-day rate). The top published tiers reach $15,000. Here are the figures each agency publishes, as captured on 28 September 2026.
- Revv Growth: $3,000 monthly for 10 articles, up to $8,000 for 40 articles. Enterprise work gets its own scope.[7]
- RevenueZen: $3,000 monthly for 4 articles, through tiers up to $15,000.[8]
- SeoProfy: from $4,000 monthly, usually $7,000 to $9,000 for larger or more complex platforms.[5]
- Rock The Rankings: 90-day rates start at $4,500, $7,650 and $14,000 monthly. Each card says month-to-month costs $500, $850 or $1,000 a month more. It also sells a $500 Power Hour and a $15,000 AI Search Audit.[9]
- OuterBox: Essentials SEO from $2,000 monthly. OuterBox also estimates most US agencies charge $3,000 to $7,500 monthly, or $100 to $250 an hour.[13][14]
- Siege Media, Omnius and SimpleTiger: not published on the pages I checked.
Searchmaxxed doesn't publish a fee. We scope the work after looking at your site, market and goals, then quote it. Let's talk pricing.
Frequently asked questions
Which B2B SaaS SEO agency is the best?
The best B2B SaaS SEO agency is the one whose proof, method and cadence match your stage. For weekly shipped pages and AI answer tracking on a site you own, I'd pick Searchmaxxed, and I run it. For demos graded against a forecast, look at Rock The Rankings.[1] For large content and digital PR budgets, look at Siege Media.[10]
Is SEO still worth it in 2026?
Yes, SEO is still worth it in 2026, because AI search runs on the same foundations. Google says pages need to be indexed and snippet-eligible to appear as supporting links in AI Overviews or AI Mode.[28] Google also counts traffic from those features in the Search Console Performance report.[28]
What does a SaaS SEO agency do differently from a general SEO agency?
A SaaS SEO agency plans pages around how software gets bought: problems, features, integrations, comparisons, pricing, trials and demos. OuterBox's SaaS page describes exactly that keyword map.[6] It also reports on demos, trials and pipeline instead of stopping at traffic. Revv Growth, for example, says its dashboards track signups, trials, demos and revenue influenced.[25]
How much does a SaaS SEO agency cost?
SaaS-specific retainers on this shortlist start between $3,000 and $4,500 monthly. Revv Growth and RevenueZen start at $3,000, SeoProfy at $4,000 and Rock The Rankings at $4,500 on its 90-day rate.[7][8][5][9] OuterBox's general Essentials SEO package starts at $2,000.[13] Top published tiers reach $15,000.[8] Searchmaxxed quotes each business after looking at its site, market and goals. Let's talk pricing.
How long does SaaS SEO take to show results?
Most agencies here expect early movement in weeks and pipeline in months. Omnius says clients typically see tangible improvements within 2-3 months.[3] Rock The Rankings says meaningful demo volume typically lands in months 4 to 6.[1] Radiant Roof Repairs had three Gold Coast roofing searches at number one within 90 days, though that was a local trade.
Should SaaS companies build comparison and alternatives pages?
Yes, most SaaS companies should build comparison and alternatives pages, because buyers use them to choose between vendors. OuterBox says these pages help a buyer defend the decision internally.[6] Keep them honest and grounded in real product differences. Our Agentic Search Engineering package builds comparison, industry and integration page families for this reason.
How should a SaaS SEO agency report results?
A SaaS SEO agency should report on demos, trials, pipeline and revenue, with rankings and traffic as supporting signals. Rock The Rankings puts demos, pipeline, rankings and citations on one board.[1] Ask for a release log beside the report, so you can see what changed and what it did. We measure every release against Search Console and GA4.
Can any agency promise first place in Google or ChatGPT?
No agency can promise first place in Google or in an AI answer, because both systems change their results constantly. Ask instead what it will ship, how often and how it will measure the effect. We sell Searchmaxxed on the work and the evidence loop.
Who owns the website and content when I work with Searchmaxxed?
You own the site, the repository, the content and the data from day one. Your Agentic Website lives on GitHub and Vercel under your control. Our Managed Search Loop and Off-Page Source Layer run on top of it. If you leave, the pages, repository and data stay with you.
Who does the work at Searchmaxxed?
Brenden House sets the direction and reads the weekly evidence. He writes the money pages and approves what ships. You get direct access to the people doing the work, with no account managers. Our AI agents assist research, analysis and measurement, and a person approves every change before it goes live.
